Michael Leidesdorff (partner)

Michael joined QuestMark as an Associate in 1998, was promoted to Principal in 2003 and promoted to Partner in 2006. Michael has been involved with transaction sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and has led several QuestMark investments. As a board member of QuestMark portfolio companies, he has chaired M&A, Audit and Compensation committees as well as advised management teams on acquisitions and hiring of executives. He received his Masters in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School in 1998 after completing course work at the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He completed his baccalaureate in economics and business administration at Copenhagen Business School.

Michael currently serves on the board as a member or observer of Fortify Software, Incipient, MessageOne, Mformation, RF Code and Vurv.
